EXOTIC FLOORWORK

Take your Floorwork to the next level. 

Learn how to graciously combine technical movements like shoulder stands and rolls with your Floorwork. The techniques you"ll learn can be used to smoothly transition from one pole to another. Tatjana will teach you a flowy choreography which can be done in Pleasers, but can also be done on socks. 

 

Note: Knee pads are a must during this workshop.

POLE TRICKS POWER/FLOW/FLUIDITY

Tatjana will teach you some of her favorite tricks & combo’s. The focus is on moving graciously and flowy in and around the pole. Flexibility and strength will be important elements as well as how to create beautiful shapes with your body

EXOTIC FLOW

Learn a choreography in Tatjana’s favorite style! 

High and low flow around the pole,combined with technical Exotic turns, flips and drops. Become better in dancing graciously and feel feminine, sexy and fierce. Dance with Tatjana and feel the “flowzone”! Knee pads are a must during this workshop.
