FAQ

When does the "SELF-MADE BODY" program start?

The program will be available online on August 1st at 8am.
After subscribing to it, you will receive a weekly program and finally workout whenever it is most convenient for you. It has been designed in such a way you can workout 3 times a week during 4 weeks.

What equipment do I need?

I incorporate dumbbells and resistance booty bands in my workouts, however if you don’t have these equipments at home you can use respectively 2 water bottles or just your body weight. Either way you will get a great workout and see the results.

Can I follow the program even if I'm a beginner?

The program is accessible to each person whatever their age or fitness level, so from beginner to advanced. For each movement, I will give progressions but also regressions as far as possible.

How difficult are the workouts?

The workouts are for all fitness levels. I will show you how to perform each exercise using the right muscles and the correct posture together with some modifications on each exercise. All you have to do is to follow my moves.

WHO AM I?

My name is Diana. I am a 39 years old mum of two teenagers aged 10 and 14. Being a dance lover, I taught salsa and other latin dances during more than 6 years in Leuven. Always looking for new challenges, I took my first pole dance class in April 2013 and I haven’t stopped since then.

 

Finally, in January 2016 I opened my own pole dance school DC POLE STUDIO. Since then, hundreds of women, and even some men, have joined my classes to step out of their comfort zone and enjoy this new discipline.

 

The same year, in order to help my students in a more efficient way, I also followed a PHYSICAL TRAINER COURSE at Physical Coaching Academy in Brussels. From my own practice, I found out that pole dancing is a very demanding sport that can have a very strong impact on muscles, joints and tendons. To better understand the human body, its abilities and limits, I passed another training as INTERNATIONAL NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER in June 2017 and a SENIOR FITNESS SPECIALIZATION in 2018.

 

In 2019, I followed a NUTRITION TRAINING with Precision Nutrition. Since then, I'm offering sport sessions and private coaching. Every day, I'm training myself to stay on the top of all challenges ahead and improve my knowledge of our body!
