HOW TO DO A BACK HOOK SPIN IN POLE DANCE?
1) Place your strong hand at the top of the pole and walk around the pole – 3 steps starting with the inside leg. 2) At the 4th step bring your weight to the outside leg which is in front now and twist your body towards the pole, you make half a circle. 3) Finishing the half circle grab the pole, grab the pole with your outside forearm. 4) Straight your entire body and lift your now outside leg (previously inside leg) high. 5) Swing your leg backwards in a circle with control... until your inside knee (of your straight leg) touches the pole. Use this momentum to spin you round. 6) When your inside leg touches the pole, bend it to hook it around the pole . 7) The outside leg will bend at the same moment. 8) Slide to the floor. It's important to squeeze your butt during the whole process to open your hips. This means pushing your hips to the front. 9) At the end of the movement, you knees are open and your toes are touching together in a triangle.
